DELTA Restaurant awarded for 2023 with two MICHELIN Guide Athens stars and one MICHELIN Green Star for Sustainable Gastronomy is a restaurant of contemporary Greek cuisine of high gastronomy that started its operation from the Dipnosofistirion at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) in July 2021. Delta was created on the initiative and donation of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) with the aim to become a model gastronomic destination worthy of the high standards of the SNFCC, while highlighting Greek cuisine around the world.
The exclusive menu of the evening was curated by the head chef’s of the restaurant George Papazacharias & Thanos Feskos with emphasis on minimalist perfection, the use of local raw materials and small local producers.
